Prepare for spring! Japan Lotteria’s new limited burger, named “Sakura Ebi Tartar no Ebi Burger”, is going on sale for a limited time, from February 15th to March 15th, 2017.
The patty of this special burger is made from whiteleg shrimps and 12 mm of breadcrumbs, making it crispy and crunchy. While the simple yet tasty tartar sauce is made from egg yolks, chopped onions and mayonnaise. The unique part of this burger, is the burger buns, which have been blended with cherry flower extract. It tastes delicious and gives you the spring feeling.
You can get this unique limited burger in every Lotteria in Japan for 380 yen.
