4 cup of water

2 star anise

1/2 tablespoon of cardamon powder

12 cloves

1 slice of ginger

1 teaspoon of black pepper powder

1 cinnamon stick

4 cups of milk

8 tea bags

1/2 cup of sugar

How to cook

  1. Put all ingredients and tea bags into the pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the milk and sugar to the pan and bring to a boil
  4. Remove from the heat and add the tea
  5. Cover and let steep for 3 minutes.
  6. Stir the chai, then strain it into a warmed teapot or directly into teacups.
