Story: A human love story mixed with suspense about four thirty-something musicians who gather together in Karuizawa to start a string quartet. Maki Maki (Takako Matsu) the leading character is a violinist with elusive character. Each of them has their own secret, and as they play music together, they also try to review their own life.

Tokyo Tarareba Musume

Story: Rinko Kamata (Yuriko Yoshitaka) is already a 30 years old unpopular screenwriter who tries to find happiness on career and love life. This is a comedy drama based on Akiko Higashimura’s manga with the same title, about the life of single girls in Tokyo who always wonder, ‘what if?’ (“tara” or “reba” means ‘what if’).

Kirawareru Yuuki

Story: This dorama is loosely based on Ichiro Kishimi’s best seller self-help book “Kirawareru Yuuki” (literally meaning “the courage to be hated”). Ranko Ando (Karina) is a 32 years old single female detective who doesn’t listen to others and doesn’t care about what others think about her, so she becomes disliked by her colleagues.

Ubai Ai, Fuyu

Story: Ubai Ai, Fuyu means “Stolen Love, Winter”, is a dramatic love story about Hikaru Ikeuchi (Kana Kurashina), an employee in a design company who is already engaged with her co-worker, but suddenly meets her ex-boyfriend who was disappeared before. The conflict also expands to her ex-boyfriend’s wife and colleagues who secretly fall in love with her fiancée.

A LIFE: Itoshiki Hito

Story: A medical and love story about Kazuaki Okita (Takuya Kimura), who just returned to Japan after sharpening his skills as a surgeon in the United States. Returning home, he then involves with some affectionate drama at the hospital he was previously employed.
