One of the most amazing experiences that I remember from Japan is to have experienced the earthquake of 2011, not only for the movement, but also for all the events that happened later, such as the Fukushima nuclear plant failure. It was incredible how the government managed to recover the affected places in a relatively short time.
What I miss from Japan is the feeling of security, that I could left the university very late at night and go walking to my apartment carrying my laptop without feeling threatened.
I feel happy to be with my family in my country but I would like to visit Japan again in the future.
