I am currently working on my thesis. I am trying to evaluate the relationship among three factors which are public arts, public open space and local people. I would like to know whether local people would appraise public art. Scholars have underlined the importance of public art in creating discussion and activating the public space but I could not find any indicator to evaluate it. So I am trying to work on it. But recently, I faced some difficulty to explain the definition of public art used in my research to the senior citizen. Well, I hope I can make it through and graduate!
