I am Yuji Ogasawara. I was born and raised in Yamanashi Prefecture.
After graduating from high school, I worked at a consultant firm with regard to Human Resource Development for three years. During weekend, I have volunteered and helped out many volunteer groups and NPO using what I learned from the company. After quitting the consultant firm, I run bond place, which is non profit organization. We try to support any community organization, not only some non profit organizations and volunteer groups but also companies, governments and so on with dialogues, workshops and something like that.
